Dear Spirit,

During this time of calibration, transmutation, and intense transformations, one will experience a range of unsettling emotions, a range of physical responses, mental awareness, sometimes a decreased capacity to hold onto the light, ever increasing consciousness, and spiritual confirmations.

Despite ALL of these challenges and undeniable changes, know this, that we are where we are supposed to be. Have no fear, stay calm in the moment, acknowledge the drama being played out but be not attached to it. They feed off the negativity and both collective and individual fear. Their time is coming to an end. Stay in the Heart and you will transition to a place of serenity, beauty, and love at its core!
