I am grateful for:

One drop of rain.

The sun's rays of hope shining through our Heavenly sky.

The voices of children's laughter.

The presence of blessed souls that deliberately came here to help us raise our VF (vibrational frequency) and that of Mother Earth.

Our four-legged friends.

The Beings inside Mother Earth hard at work.

All our spiritual leaders and teachers.

Those who stood firm and brave, past and present.

The fresh mesmerizing smell of our colorful world of flowers.

Birth, growth and ascension.

Special moments that have increased my VF.

My Helpers!

Leading channeled meditation for groups and individuals that have resonated our heart's vibrations with that of Mother Earth and Father Sky.

Assisting with those who need healing.

Knowing who I am, where I have been and where I am going.

Increased consciousness.

My heart singing its song of hope, love, joy, and freedom.

For feeling loved and giving love.

Giving to those in need.

Extending a helpful hand.

For hushing those that cry and can't see the light at that very moment.

Being able to write to you.

For being me.

The Source that is within me.
