One must concentrate on one's self to elevate one's frequencies.

Those that will pull you down have low frequencies which you already know.

Situations, circumstances and environments with low frequencies serve no purpose in increasing yours.

This is not a game.

We've been given another chance to do it right.

What/who we focus on will be our frequency.

Love has the highest frequency.
