Proliferating, accessing, contemplating, observing, influencing, collaborating, increasing one's own frequencies can all be done by intuitively listening to and tuning into your current frequency/vibration.

One can learn how to tweak it, upgrade it if you will, by getting in touch with your core, your essence, your heart strings which rotates attributing to that of the toroidal field.

The toroidal field of the heart expands and holds a certain space which likened to a cobweb, it captures and holds and retains frequencies born to its spirit.

These fields can expand and take you out to the galaxy and back.

Back to adhering to one's own self. As one washes away, so to speak, the negative, one is more open to not only allowing to but receiving the specific frequency, light, needed at that moment in time.
